So then it would ring true that eating sushi would be healthy. But be careful what they are made with, you don’t want to be eating mayonnaise or cream cheese that is hidden inside.

Have a tuna roll or sevechi so long as you know it’s the healthy sushi you choose.

The fresh fruit or dried fruit dilemma, which is better for you? Fresh fruit is less dense than dried fruit and you can be sure there is no added sugar. Granola, the dieters’ bar of choice. Granola is another source of hidden calories and sugar. If you love your granola then make it yourself. Oatmeal, fruits or nuts and a little honey is all you need and what you make at home is healthier than those prepackaged ones in the store.

Having a healthy lunch can be a hard thing to do.

The veggie burger seems to be the healthy choice instead of that whopper with cheese. Well be aware that the cheese may be what is holding that veggie burger together. Although the veggie burger is a smarter choice they should be eaten in moderation.
